Ordering & Artwork

How do I send you my logo or design? Once you have completed your purchase, a member of our design team will contact you via email within 24 hours. We will request your artwork file and confirm any specific layout requirements before sending it to print.

What file formats do you accept? For the sharpest, high-definition result, we require a high-resolution .PNG or .PDF file. Vector files (like .AI or .EPS) are also excellent if you have them. If you are unsure about your file quality, our team can check it for you during the consultation.

How long does printing take? Because every LogoFlex Pro™ tile is custom-made to order, please allow a turnaround time of roughly 1–3 weeks, depending on our current volume of orders.

Installation & Fitment

Why do you recommend buying this tile after I install my floor? This is to ensure perfect orientation. Garage tiles have a specific "male/female" interlocking direction. By installing your main floor first, you can see exactly which way the logo needs to face to snap in correctly. This prevents your logo from being upside down or rotated 90° relative to the rest of the room.

Will this fit my existing Flexspec floor? Yes! The LogoFlex Pro™ is built on the same 400mm chassis as our garage floor tile range. It will interlock seamlessly with your existing floor - simply pop out a standard tile and snap your custom logo tile in its place.

Durability & Usage

Can I drive over the logo tile? Yes, the tile base has the same load rating as our industrial tiles. However, to keep the print looking pristine for years, we recommend placing it in "Low Turn" zones (like the centre of a parking bay or a walkway) rather than directly under where your tyres turn or twist, as abrasive friction can wear down any printed surface over time.

Garage Floor Tile DIY Installation Guide

This guide is suitable for installation of the following tiles:
GridFlex Pro™, SmoothFlex Pro™, 3DFlex Pro™, DiamondFlex Pro™, VinylFlex Pro™ Flat, VinylFlex Pro™ Diamond, VinylFlex Pro™ Coin.

Step 1

Clean Your Garage
Thoroughly sweep the garage floor to clear away dust and small debris.

Step 2

Lay Your First Tile
Position the first tile at the front left corner or front right corner of the garage entrance, with the pegged "male" sides facing the wall and the garage door.

Step 3

Start Laying Rows
Place the next tile in the same orientation as the first, aligning the pegged side of the new tile with the looped side of the previous one. Press them together by hand or with a rubber mallet. Continue adding tiles in this manner until the first row is complete.

Step 4

Attach Ramp Edges
Once you've completed the first row, attach the ramp pieces to the tiles closest to the garage door by lifting the tiles and snapping the ramps into place. Close the garage door and adjust the rows.

Step 5

Ensure Your Tiles Are Evenly Aligned
If your design features a pattern that needs to be centred, or if you want to avoid cutting tiles at the edges, adjust the rows so that there is an equal gap between the outermost tiles and the walls on both sides.

Step 6

Proceed with Laying Tiles
Continue laying tiles in the same direction until you reach the back and opposite walls. Pause at the final rows, as you may need to cut them for a precise fit.

Step 7

Cut and Fit Remaining Tiles
For a precise fit, use a jigsaw with a fine-toothed blade to cut the remaining tiles to size. Be sure to maintain a 5mm expansion gap between the wall and the tile. Measure and mark the tiles before cutting, then securely snap them into place.

Step 8

Relax and Enjoy Your New Floor!
After laying all the tiles, give your floor a quick clean to remove any installation dust. Your floor is now ready to use!
