Clean Your Garage
Thoroughly sweep the garage floor to clear away dust and small debris.

Lay Your First Tile
Position the first tile at the front left corner or front right corner of the garage entrance, with the pegged "male" sides facing the wall and the garage door.

Start Laying Rows
Place the next tile in the same orientation as the first, aligning the pegged side of the new tile with the looped side of the previous one. Press them together by hand or with a rubber mallet. Continue adding tiles in this manner until the first row is complete.

Attach Ramp Edges
Once you've completed the first row, attach the ramp pieces to the tiles closest to the garage door by lifting the tiles and snapping the ramps into place. Close the garage door and adjust the rows.

Ensure Your Tiles Are Evenly Aligned
If your design features a pattern that needs to be centred, or if you want to avoid cutting tiles at the edges, adjust the rows so that there is an equal gap between the outermost tiles and the walls on both sides.

Proceed with Laying Tiles
Continue laying tiles in the same direction until you reach the back and opposite walls. Pause at the final rows, as you may need to cut them for a precise fit.

I am about to order approx 80 Gridflex Pro XL Charcoal tiles and 15 Charcoal edges. Delivery to Mackay Qld 4740. Q1 - How many tiles in a box? Q2 - What is current delivery time on these? Q3 - What is the promotion code to get extra 5% discount? Many thanks John Hocking asked on 9 January 2023

Hi John, regarding your questions see below:
Q1 - There are 25 tiles in each box. So with your order you'll receive a total of 4 boxes (including edges)
Q2 - Currently this week we're dispatching and prioritising all backorders for the Charcoal tiles as we just got these back in stock. Dispatch for new orders should be by the end of this week/early next week and ETA 2-6 business days.
Q3 - Yes we currently have a promotion code which you can enter in the cart or checkout pages, code is "NEWYEAR" for an extra 5% discount on your order. If you require any assistance with this don't hesitate to ask. Here to help :)

Hi we want to purchase charcoal but it says it's on back-order Greg asked on 11 December 2022

Hi Greg, yes the Charcoal is available on back-order. Due to demand and high rate of orders and requests we're allowing customers to pre-order and reserve some out of stock items. ETA for Charcoal is Dec 15-30 and as of today (12/12/2022) 70% of this batch is already sold and reserved. Once it arrives in our warehouse it'll be dispatched to those who've already purchased and reserved them. We have another batch of Charcoal scheduled to be completed and arrive 4 weeks after so that may also be also on back-order depending on if the previous batch is sold out. Hope this helps

What colors are there, Black ? also do they come with a smooth finish? Are they tough enough to use an office chair without the wheels marking them? Would using them double thickness help reduce noise. I am looking for options to soundproof a Control room in a Coal Processing Plant which is located on level 5 with 4 levels of noisy machinery below it. Cheers Ian Ladewig asked on 5 December 2022

Hi Ian, currently we have 12 colours available, Black, Red, Green, Blue etc. The finish of our tiles are ribbed and they're tough enough for a car being 3,120 psi so an office chair will be perfectly fine. Regarding noise blocking and sound proofing, they are in a sense when it comes to walking on them compared to walking on concrete, but when it comes to blocking noise from the floor below you might be better off using sound proof foam panels then laying our tiles over the top. When will my order ship?

Once an order has been made & processed, it leaves our warehouse within 24 hours (Mon to Fri).

Dispatch time is 11AM & 3PM Mon – Fri (Except public holidays)

Orders are sent via Startrack, Auspost or TNT (Now Fedex). Orders are dispatched from our showroom/warehouse closest to you depending on stock availability in your state.

Deliveries typically arrive within 1-6 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with more accurate delivery timeframes based on the carrier, item and your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking email provided by Aftership.

Shipping times may vary depending on your State/Region. While we can’t expedite an order once placed, rest assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The shipping times listed on our website are provided as a general guideline.
While we recommend allowing the maximum time frame to receive delivery of your order.

If Your Order Contains ‘Backordered’ Items

Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery date for backordered items is provided based on initial information and may be subject to change. Customers will be notified of any updates or delays.
Partial Shipments: If less than 30% of your order contains backordered items, we may be partially shipped, with available items dispatched first.
