Clean Your Garage
Thoroughly sweep the garage floor to clear away dust and small debris.

Lay Your First Tile
Position the first tile at the front left corner or front right corner of the garage entrance, with the pegged "male" sides facing the wall and the garage door.

Start Laying Rows
Place the next tile in the same orientation as the first, aligning the pegged side of the new tile with the looped side of the previous one. Press them together by hand or with a rubber mallet. Continue adding tiles in this manner until the first row is complete.

Attach Ramp Edges
Once you've completed the first row, attach the ramp pieces to the tiles closest to the garage door by lifting the tiles and snapping the ramps into place. Close the garage door and adjust the rows.

Ensure Your Tiles Are Evenly Aligned
If your design features a pattern that needs to be centred, or if you want to avoid cutting tiles at the edges, adjust the rows so that there is an equal gap between the outermost tiles and the walls on both sides.

Proceed with Laying Tiles
Continue laying tiles in the same direction until you reach the back and opposite walls. Pause at the final rows, as you may need to cut them for a precise fit.

When will my order ship?

Once an order has been made & processed, it leaves our warehouse within 24 hours (Mon to Fri).

Dispatch time is 11AM & 3PM Mon – Fri (Except public holidays)

How will my order ship?

Orders are sent via Startrack, Auspost or TNT (Now Fedex). Orders are dispatched from our showroom/warehouse closest to you depending on stock availability in your state.

Deliveries typically arrive within 1-6 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with more accurate delivery timeframes based on the carrier, item and your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and a tracking email provided by Aftership.

Shipping times may vary depending on your State/Region. While we can’t expedite an order once placed, rest assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The shipping times listed on our website are provided as a general guideline.
While we recommend allowing the maximum time frame to receive delivery of your order.
Don’t be surprised if it arrives ahead of schedule!

If Your Order Contains ‘Backordered’ Items

Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery date for backordered items is provided based on initial information and may be subject to change. Customers will be notified of any updates or delays.
Partial Shipments: If less than 30% of your order contains backordered items, we may be partially shipped, with available items dispatched first. Backordered items will be shipped separately at no additional cost when they become available. Or please let us know if you’d like any available items in your order shipped beforehand.
Payment Processing: Customers will be charged for backordered items at the time of purchase, ensuring the reservation of the product. Due to larger commercial orders there are times when stock is sold out on backorder, even before arrival. Please make sure to check the % sold (Usually above the ‘Available on Backorder’ button)
Priority Fulfilment: Backordered items will be fulfilled on a priority basis once they are back in stock, ensuring that customers who placed orders first receive their products first.
Product Availability: The availability of backordered items is contingent upon our restocking schedules, and unforeseen delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
