FLEXSPEC warrants our products to be free of all defects in material for from date of original purchase, as long as it is operated and maintained according to FLEXSPEC installation instructions. This warranty extends to the original buyer ONLY with original purchase receipt. FLEXSPEC will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing the defective product/tile(s) under this warranty shall be assumed by FLEXSPEC.

Ensure that the company you choose has the capacity to handle future claims before making a decision. Avoid Fake/Counterfeit
Fake products are those that are counterfeit or imitation versions of our tiles and legitimate products, designed to deceive unsuspecting buyers into purchasing them. We highly recommend only purchasing from our authorised dealers, as occasionally, others have tried to replicate our product and produced an inexpensive imitation, asserting a specific standard but utilising substandard clips, materials, or applying spray-on UV stabilisers instead of mixed.
