Description
Flexspec’s Heavy-Duty Concrete Cleaner is a meticulously crafted blend of wetting agents, penetrating agents, emulsifiers, and solvents, strategically engineered to create an economical and secure degreasing and cleaning solution.
This unique formulation is specifically designed to circumvent the challenges associated with emulsifying degreasers. Instead of emulsifying oil and grease particles with water, our cleaner functions by dispersing them. This approach facilitates the rapid and thorough separation of oil from water. The chemical interacts primarily with the oil phase, ensuring that the water phase remains free of oil and chemical contaminants. The separated oil phase can be easily reclaimed or incinerated without any interference from the chemical, allowing oil/water separators to operate at peak efficiency.
Directions:
1. Generously apply to the surfaces or parts requiring cleaning, allowing it to sit for approximately 5 minutes.
2. Rinse the treated area with a pressure washer.

Warranty Terms
FLEXSPEC warrants our products to be free of all defects in material for from date of original purchase, as long as it is operated and maintained according to FLEXSPEC installation instructions. This warranty extends to the original buyer ONLY with original purchase receipt. FLEXSPEC will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing the defective product/tile(s) under this warranty shall be assumed by FLEXSPEC.

Ensure that the company you choose has the capacity to handle future claims before making a decision. Please note: Warranty only applies to direct purchases or those made through our authorised distributors/dealers. Avoid Fake/Counterfeit
Fake products are those that are counterfeit or imitation versions of our tiles and legitimate products, designed to deceive unsuspecting buyers into purchasing them. We highly recommend only purchasing from our authorised dealers, as occasionally, others have tried to replicate our product and produced an inexpensive imitation, asserting a specific standard but utilising substandard clips, materials, or applying spray-on UV stabilisers instead of mixed.
