Flexspec warrants our products to be free of all defects in material for from date of original purchase, as long as it is operated and maintained according to Flexspec installation instructions. This warranty extends to the original buyer ONLY with original purchase receipt. Flexspec will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material.

All expenses related to replacing or repairing the defective product/tile(s) under this warranty shall be assumed by Flexspec.

Non-Approved Distributors/Dealers

Please note: we are aware of some companies or individuals that purchase tiles from us and resell them at a higher price and/or rebranding our tiles. Please be aware that when purchasing from a non-approved distributor/dealer you must deal directly with them for any warranty claims.

Things to note before purchasing from a non-approved distributor/dealer

Ensure that the company you choose has the capacity to handle future claims before making a decision. While companies or individuals may offer warranties and reassurance, they may not be operational in the coming years to honour their commitments. Please note: Warranty only applies to direct purchases or those made through our authorised distributors/dealers. Avoid Fake/Counterfeit

Fake products are those that are counterfeit or imitation versions of our tiles and legitimate products, designed to deceive unsuspecting buyers into purchasing them. We highly recommend only purchasing from our authorised dealers, as occasionally, others have tried to replicate our product and produced an inexpensive imitation, asserting a specific standard but utilising substandard clips, materials, or applying spray-on UV stabilisers instead of mixed. Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Flexspec be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty.
