Terms & Conditions: $150 Cashback Offer

1. General 1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the "$150 Cashback" promotion (the "Offer") conducted by Flexspec. 1.2. By participating in this Offer, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer Period 2.1. The Offer is valid for new orders placed from [23/12/2025] until [31/01/2026] ("Promotional Period"). 2.2. Flexspec reserves the right to extend, withdraw, or cancel the Offer at any time.

3. Eligibility 3.1. The Offer is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 3.2. The Offer is available to retail customers only.

4. Qualifying Transactions 4.1. To be eligible for the $150 Cashback, a customer must make a single purchase containing a minimum of 150 Flexspec Interlocking Tiles (GridFlex Pro, SmoothFlex Pro, or equivalent). 4.2. Accessories such as ramps, edges, and corners do not count toward the 150-tile minimum. 4.3. This Offer cannot be combined with Trade pricing or other discount codes unless expressly stated. 4.4. Online Payment Required: The transaction must be completed and paid for directly through the online checkout at flexspec.com.au. Orders placed via phone, email invoice, or paid in-store using a physical EFTPOS terminal are not eligible for this specific promotion.

5. How to Claim 5.1. A Cashback Redemption Card will be included inside the shipment with your order. 5.2. To claim the $150 Cashback, the customer must follow the instructions outlined on the Redemption Card (e.g., scanning the QR code and completing the claim form). 5.3. Once the claim is successfully completed and verified by our team, the $150 Cashback will be processed within 7 days. 5.4. Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used for the online order.

6. Returns & Refunds 6.1. If a customer returns tiles for a "Change of Mind" refund, and the remaining quantity of tiles kept falls below the 150-tile threshold, the $150 Cashback will be forfeited. 6.2. The refund amount processed will be calculated minus the $150 Cashback if it has already been paid.

7. Liability 7.1. Flexspec is not liable for lost or misplaced Cashback Redemption Cards. 7.2. The Cashback is not transferable or exchangeable for store credit.
